Bollinger SPECTRE Champagne James Bond
Champagne Bollinger announces the launch of its SPECTRE Limited Edition bottle, to coincide with the launch of SPECTRE in October (Europe) and November (USA). Before the premiere of Skyfall in October 2012 another limited edition James Bond bottle was released, Bollinger 002 for 007.

Bollinger first featured in Live and Let Die in 1973.

In 1978, Albert R. “Cubby” Broccoli, the James Bond film producer met Christian Bizot, General Manager of Champagne Bollinger at the time, thereby uncorking an everlasting friendship between the two families. Bond and Bollinger have proven to be a logical and natural pairing: two legends who share a number of core values, such as excellence, elegance and character.

Ever since, Champagne Bollinger has been the champagne of James Bond, a key element in his effervescent seduction of the fairer sex and a symbol of his oh-so British style.

OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE:
To celebrate the release of SPECTRE, the 24th James Bond adventure, Bollinger Champagne is launching a new, limited edition bottle, inspired by the style and sophistication of the world of Bond.

The SPECTRE limited edition contains a unique Bollinger cuvee, a 2009 vintage exclusively released to celebrate the partnership.

The bottle is encased in a limited edition chill box, designed by Carré Basset, which keeps the bottle chilled for 2 hours after refrigeration. With its innovative design, the chill box has been produced entirely in metal by Virojanglor.

The release of the SPECTRE limited edition marks a continuation of a long lasting partnership between EON Productions, the producers of the Bond franchise and the House of Bollinger.

Bollinger has featured in 14 Bond films. It has been the exclusive champagne partner since Moonraker (1979) in 1979.

"Our limited edition is a unique opportunity to discover this rare 2009 vintage expression from Bollinger, presented in an innovative gift box inspired by the legendary elegance of agent 007."
Jérôme Philipon, Président de Champagne Bollinger

Bollinger SPECTRE limited edition is available from top wine retailers at a recommended retail price of €160.

SPECTRE is due for general release on 6 november 2015.

Editor's Note:
Bollinger Champagne was served at the charity gala during FSWL's James Bond festival in Stockholm last year.
