INTERVIEW WITH BELLE WILLIAMS ABOUT SKYFALL

After the release of Skyfall (2012), From Sweden with Love (Anders Frejdh) caught up with the gorgeous British actress/model/stunt performer Belle Williams, stunt double for Naomie Harris in Skyfall, to talk about her work on the film.

About Belle Williams:
Belle Williams, birth name Anabelle Gulley, was born In 1987 London, based in the borough of Camden. In 1990 she began her education at Brookfield Primary school in North London, brought up by her Scottish Mother alongside an elder brother and sister.

In 1998 she enrolled at Parliament Hill fields secondary school, whilst she also found time to express and pursue her passion for acting by participating in various performances within and outside of school, including at many theatres such as; Jacksons Lane, Hackney Empire, Holborn and The Drill.

During this time, Belle also spent a few terms at stage coach in Hampstead, in addition to spending her weekends cultivating her skills at WAC, a school of performing arts, from 1996 -2002 pursuing both dance and drama.

Between the years of 2003-2004, Belle studied her A-levels at LaSwap sixth form in North London where she continued to exceed in English and drama, collecting four A to B grades.

Travelling to Brazil for a year in 2006, Belle pursued an ambition to teach English as a foreign language whilst also learning Latino dance and the Portuguese language.

In 2008 she returned to Che Walker amateur acting classes, simultaneously pursuing modeling for various companies including: Zhandra Rhodes, LFW, House of Fraser, Toni&Guy, Nokia and Sony. Highlights for 2009 Belle found herself doubling Rihanna for VMA awards screen visuals.

Expanding into TV and film, in 2010 she featured in a BBC drama as a body double for actress Naomie Harris and also featured in the films X-Men: First Class (2011), The Dark Knight Rises (2012) and Dark Shadows (2012).

Absorbed by the film industry, Belle began to train as a stunt artiste, soon stumbling across an audition for James Bond, Skyfall, where she was again successfully appointed to act as a stunt double for Naomie Harris.

This lead her working on other Warner Bros films this year, including Tom Cruise's All You Need Is Kill (2014), Brad Pitt's The Counselor (2013), Thor: The Dark World (2013) and Fast & Furious 6 (2013).

Belle was nominated for and won Best Stunt with Vehicle at LA's prestigious World Stunt Taurus Awards in May 2013.

Also being a qualified Dive Master, much more is to be expected from Belle Williams in the upcoming years as she continues to cultivate her stunt and acting skills, with 2013 scheduled for more intense fight training.
