Among Us (Original title: Änglavakt) - a new film by Johan Brisinger with ex Bond girl Izabella Scorupco in one of the leading roles.

Following the box-office and critically acclaimed hit Suddenly, director/writer Johan Brisinger, is now releasing his new film AMONG US – a poignant, suspenseful drama about the power of hope and love that flirts with the fantastic.

An accident overthrows Ernst and Cecilia’s well-ordered family life. Chance rules in Ernst’s rational world while Cecilia is searching for a deeper meaning in what has happened. As they drift further and further apart a mysterious stranger with exceptional gifts changes their lives in an unexpected way.

In the leading roles we see Michael Nyqvist, Izabella Scorupco from GoldenEye (1995), and French superstar Tchéky Karyo, who also appeared in GoldenEye (1995). (Karyo's other film credits include The Patriot, Nostradamus, The Good Thief and Nikita) as well as Ewa Fröling and Jacob Ericksson.

The film is written and directed by Johan Brisinger and produced by Mikael Flodell/Drama Svecia in collaboration with Peter Possne/Sonet Film.

The film was shot in Stockholm and on the island of Gotland from 20 April to 12 June, 2009.
