One of the Drax Girls in MOONRAKER 1979
I was fortunate to meet the lovely Nicaise Jean-Louis at Club James Bond France's celebration of
Moonraker (1979) (1979) at
Château Vaux le Vicomte in December 2013. (
Read more about the event.)
During the event, Ms. Jean-Louis said that she both knew and had worked with Diane Thierry-Mieg (also one of Drax's girls) before working together on the Bond film. She added they are still working together as models.
In 1982, she appeared in
Le gendarme et les gendarmettes with Catherine Serre, one of the other Drax girls in Moonraker.
Nicaise has had a very long and glamourous career in High Fashion (like Diane) and has worked for the best houses such as Dior, Carven, Courrèges, Louis Féraud, Givenchy and others.
