Limited edition Sean Connery portrait created and hand signed by Barbara Carrera

A professional canvas print of Barbara Carrera’s original portrait of Sir Sean Connery with whom she co-starred in the 1983 James Bond film Never Say Never Again directed by Irvin Kershner. For her role as Fatima Blush in the film, Ms. Carrera received a Golden Globe nomination for Best Supporting Actress. It is believed to be the only portrait of Sean Connery, created by someone he worked with, commercially available.

Each canvas print will be hand signed and numbered by Barbara Carrera and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.

The sale of prints is a From Sweden with Love exclusive as this portrait of Sean Connery has never before been available to purchase in any form.

Note: The first canvas print sold for 750 EUR at a small charity auction in Villefranche-sur-Mer in France on 20th June 2024 to support the restoration of La Citadelle, one of the filming locations for Never Say Never Again. The original portrait of Sean Connery from 2001 is valued at 24,000 USD and was first displayed at the Hollywood Entertainment Museum as part of Barbara Carrera’s Hollywood Legends collection (Bette Davis, Paul Newman, Grace Kelly, Anthony Quinn, Greta Garbo and Charlie Chaplin were some of the other names in that collection of original portraits painted by Barbarba Carrera).
