Anna Pinnock - set decorator on Quantum of Solace (2008), Skyfall (2012) (2012) and this year's SPECTRE - was nominated for two Academy Awards at the 2015 ceremony on 22nd February for her (and Adam Stockhausen's) work on The Grand Budapest Hotel starring the new M, Ralph Fiennes, Bond villain Mathieu Amalric and Bond girl Léa Seydoux. Her other nomination was for Into the Woods, shared with Dennis Gassner, production designer on the same Bond films that Anna has worked.

Previously, Anna Pinnock had received three Academy Awards nominations for her work on Gosford Park (2002), The Golden Compass (2007) and Life of Pi (2012). At the 2015 BAFTA Awards, Anna won (shared with Adam Stockhausen) in the Best Production Design category for The Grand Budapest Hotel. (At the 2012 BAFTA Awards, she was nominated in the same category for her work on Skyfall and Life of Pi.)

About Anna Pinnock:
Anna Pinnock's career in the film business started in the 1980's when she worked as production buyer on a number of films.

During the 1990s, Anna worked her way up from set dresser/buyer to set decorator on Four Weddings and a Funeral (1994). She has held that position on 25 major films including big-budget films such as The Fifth Element (1997), Lost in Space (1998), Entrapment (1999), The Beach (2000), Proof of Life (2000), Van Helsing (2004), Troy (2004), Sahara (2005), The Holiday (2006), Clash of the Titans (2010) and The Tourist (2010) in addition to the films mentioned above.

Anna is the sister of English harpsichordist and conductor Trevor Pinnock.

Rosamund Pike, Bond girl Miranda Frost in Die Another Day (2002), was also nominated for an Oscar® at this year's awards ceremony. In the Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role category for her role as Amy Dunne in Gone Girl (2014).

SKYFALL cinematographer Roger Deakins was nominated in the Best Cinematography category for his work on Unbroken (2014).
