After a wild and occasionally silly speculation by media and a long time for dedicated James Bond fans, Daniel Craig has officially announced his return as Ian Fleming's agent 007 in the 25th Bond film due for release in November 2019.
Official announcement: Daniel Craig is returning to play 007 in Bond 25. The actor confirmed he would play James Bond for the fifth time to host Stephen Colbert on The Late Show last night. Bond 25 will be released in US cinemas on November 8, 2019 with a traditional early release in the UK and the rest of the world.
Anders Frejdh, FSWL's founder and chief-editor, comments the news:
"Ever since I last interviewed Daniel Craig, in conjunction with the premiere of SPECTRE in London, I have hoped [and always thought] he will return in the role of James Bond because, in my eyes, his performance as 007 in that film is his best to date. Also pleased to be able to confirm that Daniel will be the longest serving James Bond actor ever after being announced as Pierce Brosnan's successor on October 14, 2005. "(Roger Moore is the longest serving Bond actor to date.)

Bond 25 will be written by Neal Purvis and Robert Wade, long time collaborators and writers on previous Bond films including Casino Royale (2006), Quantum of Solace (2008), Skyfall (2012) and SPECTRE (2015). The film will be produced by Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli.
Additional details regarding distribution, including international release dates, rest of the cast and director, will be announced at a later date.
