Ola Rapace (Patrice in Skyfall (2012)) has announced on his Instagram that he has launched a new blog: http://www.olarapace.net/

Ola Rapace studied at the Theatre Academy in Gothenburg between 1995 and 1999. During training, he worked at Backa Theatre and Uppsala City Theatre. His breakthrough as an actor came after the role as "Hoffa" in the Swedish TV series Tusenbröder (2002-2007) although he had received both attention and praise for the role of "Lasse" in Lukas Moodysson's film, Together (2000).

He has appeared in several Swedish films such as the successful Wallander series based on Henning Mankell's books. He has also done theatre at the Royal Dramatic Theatre in Stockholm and was a participant in the SVT's reality series, Maestro, which was broadcast during late summer and autumn of 2011.

Rapace was formerly with the band Sissy Prozac but is now the lead singer in another band, La Nana. Ola Rapace also owns a film production company called Le Mec.

Ola was previously married to "Millennium" actress Naomi Rapace with whom he has a son. He also has a daughter with actress Malin Morgan.
