Daniel Craig’s first post-Bond acting assignment after the relase of No Time To Die will be the starring role in a strictly limited run of Macbeth at the Lyceum Theatre on Broadway in New York. The show will be directed by Tony Award® winner Sam Gold, who previously directed Craig in 2016's production of Othello, and produced by Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson.

During the spring of 2022, Daniel Craig makes his much-anticipated return to Broadway alongside Ruth Negga (Loving, Hamlet), making her Broadway debut, in the world premiere production of Shakespeare’s heart-racing drama MACBETH.

A tale of malice, matrimony and murder, MACBETH tells the story of one couple’s obsession with power—and their guilt after doing the unthinkable. For 15 weeks only, this thrilling new production will capture the passion and ferocity of Shakespeare’s most haunting text like never before.

Tickets are now on sale via the official website for the 15 week show, beginning March 29, 2022.
