No Time To Die starring Daniel Craig in his last film as Ian Fleming's James Bond. Has their ever been a movie with more excitement surrounding it? Has their ever been more social media posts connected with the release of a Bond film? Let's investigate.
Well, in April we will see what the last twelve months has created. Many wonderful locations, an actor in the lead role who has blossomed with every outing, a composer who has a cast iron reputation for success and a stunt coordinator who has worked extremely hard to get where he is today.
Lee Morrison has been in the business for just over twenty years and has cut his teeth on a diet of action and adventure. Having worked on all five Daniel Craig outings as 007 he is perfectly qualified to be in charge of this movie. Working closely with former Bond coordinator Gary Powell, he has watched and learned from the best whilst striking up a solid working relationship with producers Eon Productions who he worked for as stunt coordinator on the recent movie The Rhythm Section.
He is familiar with the phrase, ‘if it ain’t broke don’t change it’, so has called on the services of Bond driving regulars Ben Collins, Mark Higgins and Martin Ivanov to act as part of his core driving team. The exciting chase sequences in the film will prove once again that these men are the best in the world.
Daniel Craig had five stunt doubles on No Time To Die
Ben and Mark as driving doubles, professional euro racer Paul Edmonson performed the already famous motorbike jump in Matera - David Grant, Jean-Charles Roussseau, and James Embree for the physical action.
The ladies in the picture have their doubles. Too.
Lyshana Lynch is doubled by Marie Mouroum who has been heavily involved in the recent Avengers Universe movies. Monia Moula, after working on 6 Underground, shares the doubling of Ana de Armous with Haruka Oshima who recently finished work on Fast and Furious 9 and the eagerly awaited 355. Lea Sedoux is doubled by Jessica Hooker in the film.

The coordinating roles have been split amongst a fine team headed by Frenchmen Olivier Schneider who came to the attention of the world with his coordination of the fights in the Liam Neeson movie Taken in 2007. He is given the title of Supervising Stunt Coordinator. The fight coordinator is Patrick Vo. The second unit stunt coordinating team are made up of Yves Girard who has worked closely with Olivier Schneider over the years and Boris Martinez who was the assistant stunt coordinator out in Spain on the aforementioned Rhythm Section.

All in all the level of anticipation is at fever pitch and with these individuals on board, plus the other 90 plus performers on the picture you can see why nobody wants to miss this Bond adventure on the big screen.
April 2020 will be a wonderful time for Bond fans the world over and my gut feeling is that this adventure will prove once and for all that action is key to the success of the Bond franchise. I for one just can’t wait.
