From Sweden with Love (FSWL) is dedicated to James Bond - secret agent 007, and his creator Ian Fleming. We have been studying the phenomenon for over 25 years. FSWL started as a personal examination of the fictive agent but has developed and progressed now featuring exclusive interviews, Bond related news in Swedish media, book and film reviews, stories from meeting 100's of stars who have appeared in, or worked, on the James Bond movies, database with our 007 collection featuring 1000's of items, articles and travel stories from the world of 007, competitions, and webshop with rare Swedish James Bond items.
Sweden have been represented by (00)7 Bond girls - Britt Ekland, Maud Adams, Anne Lonnberg (Anne's father is Swedish), Mary Stavin, Kristina Wayborn, Izabella Scorupco and Eva Green (Eva's father is Swedish). Swedish actor Dolph Lundgren and stuntman Lars Lundgren have also appeared in EON Productions film series. Two Swedish actors , Ola Rapace and Jens Hultén, appears in the 23rd adventure, Skyfall, in cinemas October 26, 2012.
Our vision is to focus on the phenomenon from a Swedish point of view. We have a passion and is seriously interested in the great fiction hero created by Ian Fleming in 1953 when he wrote the first of his fourteen Bond novels - Casino Royale.
FSWL is also a tribute to producers Harry Saltzman and Albert R. Broccoli for adapting Ian Fleming's novels into films...

NEW JAMES BOND NOVEL IN 2013
2013 will see the return of James Bond in a new novel to be written by bestselling author William Boyd.
Boyd's James Bond novel will be published in 2013 which is a significant year for Bond as it is the 60th Anniversary of Fleming's first novel, Casino Royale (1953).

GOLDENEYE AND BLOOD STONE - NEW JAMES BOND VIDEO GAMES FROM ACTIVISION
Video game enthusiasts can look forward to this holiday season as Activision released two new James Bond games.

RECOMMENDED BOOK: THE MAKING OF THE LIVING DAYLIGHTS
Our American friend Charles Helfenstein has written an excellent book about the filming of The Living Daylights (1987) with many rare photos never before published. Follow the complete history of the film, from the origins of Fleming's short story, through early drafts of the script (where James Bond was a brash young Lieutenant in the Royal Navy).

BOND 23: SKYFALL - IN CINEMAS FROM OCTOBER 26, 2012
Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson of EON Productions has announced that the 23rd James Bond film, again starring Daniel Craig as agent 007, will commence production in late 2011 for a worldwide release on November 9, 2012.

FIT FOREVER BY DOLPH LUNDGREN
On August 9, 2011, Fitnessförlaget published Dolph Lundgren's autobiographical book on how to keep in shape and exercise smart - Fit Forever - in Swedish. Following this publication FSWL hosted a special online competition thanks to a donation by the publisher.
