Character in Raymond Benson's short story
Midsummer Night's Doom from Playboy magazine
I first met the charming and beautiful Victoria Zdrok, Playboy Playmate in 1994, at a collector show in Northampton, England back in May 2002.
It was actually surprisingly to see her at the event since I went to meet the James Bond actors in attendance. Nevertheless, a fond memory and nice surprise since I was aware of her presence in
Raymond Benson's short story,
Midsummer Night's Doom, which was published in the January issue of Playboy magazine 1999.
About Victoria Zdrok:
Victoria Zdrok made her move to USA at the tender age of sixteen. As soon as Victoria's feet touched American soil, she knew she was destined for success. Soon after, Zdrok was crowned Philadelphia's "Best Beauty." Magazine, talk show, video and movie appearances followed. But it wasn't until she turned eighteen that her true dream could be realized. For it was then that she was rushed into the pages of Playboy magazine, where she became October 1994's Playmate of the Month.
Victoria was destined to become one of the most popular nude models in the world. Indeed, she continues to pose as cover girl for many of Playboy's international editions and newsstand catalogues.
But she's more than just a pretty face. She's also an unusually bright individual, speaking five languages, graduating from college in the top 1% of her class, and having recently received a law degree and a master's in clinical psychology. For Victoria, it's been a story of success. A Ukrainian immigrant turned American sweetheart, this girl's not about to let anything stop her from becoming a household name.
