Lyrics writer of the theme song Nobody Does It Better for the 1977 James Bond film The Spy Who Loved Me.

Our good friends in France, Eric Saussine and Vincent Côte of Club James Bond France, interviewed Marvin Hamlish in Paris at the beginning of July.2010. The club's president, Luc Le Clech, kindly sent us the photo above exclusively for this website.

The Great Marvin co-wrote Nobody Does It Better for The Spy Who Loved Me (1977) with his then-girlfriend Carole Bayer Sager. He also wrote the orchestral/disco score for the film, which was re-recorded for the album.

Nobody Does It Better became an instant hit and ended up being nominated for an Academy Award.
