The place is Tehran, where two British agents are sent to investigate the murder of a colleague who was infiltrated in drug circles. By impregnating a large portion of opium with radiation hopes are made to track the cargo to its final destination in Europe, and blow up the world's most powerful drug syndicates.
The film is directed by Terence Young who directed three of the best Bond films – Dr. No (1962), From Russia with Love (1963) and Thunderball (1965).
