Birthday of FSWL supporter Anne Lonnberg who is half Swedish. Over a career spanning 40 years she has worked as model, singer, actress and author. Her most famous film role was in Moonraker (1979) where she portrayed the museum guide and one of Drax' girls. Anne shares birthday with Bond girl Denise Richards and actor Rory Kinnear (Tanner in Quantum of Solace, Skyfall (2012) and SPECTRE).
With this page, From Sweden with Love would like to celebrate Anne Lonnberg and thank her again for gracing FSWL's James Bond festival in Stockholm on 19-21 September 2014 where she saw Moonraker for the first time on the big screen since it premiered.
"Happy birthday Anne, or more appropriate, Bon(d) anniversaire!"
About actress, model, singer and author Anne Lonnberg
Anne Lonnberg, or Anne de Pasquale which is her name nowadays, was born in America on 17th February 1949 (her father is Swedish) but has lived in France for many years.
Anne is very talented with many skills; film and television actress, singer/songwriter, interpreter, and author of three novels.
Among Anne's most notable film appearance, besides her parts in Moonraker, is the role as the Swiss photographer in The Unbearable Lightness of Being (1988) along with famed Swedish actors Lena Olin, Erland Josephson and Stellan Skarsgård.
In March 2012, FSWL made an interview with Anne Lonnberg about her work on Moonraker. Unfortunately Lonnberg never took up Swedish from her father, but she speaks both English and French fluently so the interview was done in English.
Below is a clip from a Greek talk show where was reunited with Greek actor Yannis Voglis after 42 years. (They made two films together, Randevou me mia agnosti and Koritsia ston ilio.)
