Davi Sings Sinatra On the Road to Romance
Robert Davi releases a CD, Davi Sings Sinatra: On the Road to Romance. Davi successfully portrayed the main villain in Licene to Kill (1989) opposite Timothy Dalton and is a familiar face to James Bond scholars around the globe ever since.

"The most, at one time, that I worked with Frank was the 10 weeks straight in 1962 when, at the end of the time, Sinatra's voice was as strong and powerful as it's ever been. We have been rehearsing with you for just a few weeks and I never heard what I heard last night! The power that came out of your voice was stupendous! The Old man could sing but he never had that dynamic power in his voice.

You were right on, on every song last night. The ballads you sang showed a charisma and depth that the Old Man would have been proud of. I now know for certain that he would have gladly passed the torch on to you. It is a pleasure to be playing behind you my brother."
- Emil Richards, legendary Vibe/percussionist (Editor's note: He is considered one of the best.)

"Robert evokes the ease of the Legend without coming off as a replicator. He makes these songs his own just like Dino and Mel did when they performed Frank's material."
- Dan Aykroyd, world-famous actor, film producer and writer

"Davi Sings Sinatra is a superb love letter to the man who defined twentieth century popular music. It's theatrical, heartfelt, and beautifully sung, while incorporating a swagger and style that evokes Sinatra.

There are actors who can sing, and singers who can act and iconic screen star Robert Davi is known in inner circles as "the singer who can act". Davi, who studied opera as a young man, always intended to make singing his career, but as fate would have it his screen career took flight and there was no looking back.

Now after 100 movies with remarkable diversity, hit television credits and his directorial film debut, Davi is returning to his first love, making his major recording debut with a tribute to his mentor, the legendary Frank Sinatra."
- Charles Granata, Sinatra author, producer and historian
