Operation Kid Brother (1967) starring Neil Connery (Sean Connery's brother) will be released on Blu-ray by Explosive Media on 26th February 2026. The witty James Bond parody by Italian genre director Alberto De Martino will be released for the first time on Blu-ray and DVD from a brand-new HD master.

The plot revolves around Dr. Neil Connery, a plastic surgeon, hypnotist and lip reader who is involuntarily drawn into the world of international espionage when his famous brother - the "UK's best secret agent" - is inevitable. The crime organization Thanatos, led by the ruthless Beta (Adolfo Celi), plans to take over the world with an electromagnetic super weapon.

What makes Operation Kid Brother so special is his untold joy in parody the Bond formula without copying it. The film does not take itself seriously and invites the audience to enjoy the absurdities with a smile. The cast with Bond veterans is an ingenious move that gives fans of the 007 series a familiar feel, while the humorous self-irony sets new accents.
