Daniel Craig in new OMEGA Seamaster Diver watch commercial

Since 1995, then by Pierce Brosnan, Ian Fleming's James Bond has worn OMEGA Seamaster watches in all films. Over the years, OMEGA has also created some special limited edition watches whose special features honour 007 and his legacy of more than half a century of genre-defining movies. The current 007 actor, Daniel Craig, now promotes the 25th Anniversary edition of OMEGA's Seamaster Diver 300M model.

Since 1993, the Seamaster Diver 300M has enjoyed a legendary following. This year, the collection celebrates 25 years with a full makeover from the inside out. The original design and ocean spirit are still there, but now with advanced materials and updates in every model.

Lindy Hemming, the Oscar© winning costume designer, was responsible for the choice of 007’s watch in GoldenEye (1995). Lindy comments:

“I was convinced that Commander Bond, a naval man, a diver and a discreet gentleman of the world would wear the Seamaster with the blue dial.”

In the 2006 film, Casino Royale, 007 takes down Le Chiffre (portrayed by Danish actor Mads Mikkelsen) at a gaming table inside the casino in order to financially embarrass him. Daniel Craig wears a Seamaster Diver 300M Co-Axial watch in the film.
