Ola Rapace Swedish actor Ola Rapace follows Maud Adams and Britt Ekland with his participation in the 15th season of the popular Stjärnorna på slottet which was filmed at Lejondal's Castle in Sweden during July 2020. The series is produced by Meter Television and the premiere episode (Ola's day) is broadcast on 2 January 2021.

Ola Rapace came in on the first try when he applied to the Theatre Academy in Gothenburg. After graduating, he immediately got a role in the tv series Sjätte dagen on Swedish television.

Ola has done stage work at Uppsala City Theatre, Orion Theatre and The Royal Dramatic Theatre, among others.

The breakthrough came in the early 00's when he did one of the roles in Lukas Moodysson's film Together (2000) and after that the role as "Hoffa" in the TV series Tusenbröder (2002-2007). After that, the list is long with both movies and TV series. Ola's career has also taken him abroad, including to France. In 2012, he played a role in the Bond film Skyfall.

Ola Rapace was born Ola Norell. He took the surname Rapace (which means bird of prey) in connection with his marriage in 2001 to actress Noomi Norén.

Other star guests in the 2020 season are Ernst Billgren, Shima Niavarani, Kjell Wilhelmsen and Charlotte Perrelli.
