Dave Bautista confirmed for role in Bond 24 (2015)

The news follows a casting call that the producers were looking for "an imposing extremely physically fit actor. He has several fights with Bond and will have to have stunt training. He has to drive. Someone very unusual, possibly from a sports background.” for the role of Hinx, the main henchman/assassin in the film, with the followiing requirements:
Male, aged 30–45 / Ideally over 6' 2 (188 cm)
It has also been reported that the new Bond film will be shot on location in Austria (Obertilliach), Italy (Rome) and Morocco.
Also worth noting is that "Bond 24" apparently will be shot on ordinary film and not digital which was the case with Skyfall (2012) (2012).
