From Sweden with Love are very sad to hear of the passing of Joe Don Baker on 7th May 2025 at the age of 89. The Texan actor played villain Brad Whitaker in The Living Daylights (1987) opposite Timothy Dalton, and CIA agent Jack Wade in GoldenEye (1995) and Tomorrow Never Dies (1997) opposite Pierce Brosnan.

We remember him fondly and send our condolences to his family, friends, and fans around the world.
