FSWL is saddened to report the passing of American actor Clifton James who so memorably portrayed Sheriff JW Pepper in two James Bond films, Live and Let Die (1973) and The Man with the Golden Gun (1974), both directed by the great Guy Hamilton. Our thoughts are with Clifton's family.
FSWL supporter
Gloria Hendry who portrayed Rosie Carver in

“Sad to hear about Clifton’s passing. Even though we didn't share any scenes in
Live and Let Die, I remember his character well. My condolences to his family.”
