007 First Light will be released on 27th May 2026 featuring a reimagined origin story of James Bond, still inexperienced and sometimes reckless, as he takes his first steps into the world of espionage. In this exclusive interview, Irish actor Patrick Gibson talks about stepping into the shoes of Bond for the latest video game from IO Interactive.

Patrick Gibson portrays James Bond in 007 First Light alongside an amazing ensemble cast. IO Interactive had the chance to sit down to chat with him about his first reaction to stepping into the role of this re-imagined origin story for games, how he worked with the production team to bring the character to life, and his reaction to hearing the title song for the first time.
