Two special screenings of On Her Majesty's Secret Service (1969) takes place at Park Ridge, Illinois on Wednesday, 15th May 2019 with James Bond continuation author Raymond Benson in attendance. The film, often voted the best Bond film of all time, celebrates its 50th Anniversary in 2019.
The historic Pickwick Theatre in Park Ridge, IL, will be celebrating the 50th Anniversary of On Her Majesty's Secret Service with two screenings of the great film starring George Lazenby as Ian Fleming's James Bond on Wednesday, 15th May 2019 at 1.00pm and 7.30pm.
Hosts Matthew Hoffman and Elizabeth Rye of the Parkridge Classic Film Series will welcome two special guests, The Ian Fleming Foundation board member Colin Clark and 007 continuing novelist and film historian Raymond Benson, who will introduce the movie and sign books.

The evening's festivities will include discussion of On Her Majesty's Secret Service's history and behind-the-scenes stories, several Bond-related raffles, and photo ops with Bond movie props and theatre standees.
Pickwick's Classic Film Series presentations often draw fans in costume. Attendees are invited to dress as their favorite Bond, Bond Girl, or Bond Villain.
