Maud Adams in Who Do You Think You Are on Swedish TV

Swedish "Bond girl" Maud Adams is one of seven Swedes in this year's season of Vem tror du att du är? ("Who Do You Think You Are?") on SVT1. The series, produced by Titan, starts on September 23, 2013. (Maud's episode was filmed in June 2013.)

SVT's hit series Who Do You Think You Are? is a program where famous Swedes are seeking their roots.

In Who Do You Think You Are?, the most popular Swedes are using established genealogists to find a way back into the family's history from different walks of life.

Maud Adams is in focus in episode 6 which airs on October 28. Maud has appeared in two Bond movies (The Man with the Golden Gun in 1974 and Octopussy (1983) 1983). On her family trip she goes back to her roots in Norrland (the northern part of Sweden) in an attempt to find out if she her family has any Walloon connections or if they originate from the Samis. A journey that includes tragic fates but also people involved in the formation of Norrland's history through times.

In this year's season we'll also see actress Alexandra Rapaport, actor/singer Björn Skifs, actor Johannes Brost, actress Mia Skäringer, Mårten Palme and director/writer/actor Peter Dalle.
