From Sweden with Love reader Warren Ringham of Q The Music has announced the date and venue for the band’s flagship show in 2026, the biggest to date. On Sunday November 1st, the UK based orchestra of 60+ musicians together with music maestro David Arnold will dedicate an entire programme to Arnold’s James Bond music at London Palladium. This has never been done before. Ever. Tickets will be on sale from next week so keep an eye out in their channels.
Becoming synonymous with the top Bond events around the world, in 2019 they performed at an event with
George Lazenby: the 50th anniversary event for
On Her Majesty’s Secret Service (1969), held at Piz Gloria in the Swiss Alps. In 2017, they had the honour to provide the music at
Sir Roger Moore’s official memorial event at
Pinewood Studios. Appearing in London’s West End multiple times they have sold out several of the most prestigious venues to huge critical acclaim.
Celebrating more than 20 years as the first original and pioneering Bond concert,
Q The Music are known for their stirring emotional and adrenaline-fueled performances, mixed in with superb musicianship and flair. Many Bond fans around the world consider them as the best and finest performances of the iconic theme songs since the originals.
Focusing not only on theme songs, the show also pays homage to the complete canon covering chase music, incidental cues and suites from across the series. Some of the most notable praise has come from hugely influential Bond related stars.
