OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE: (6-10-2014, translated by Anders Frejdh)

Izabella Scorupco in KappAhl's fall campaign photographed by legendary Terry O'Neill

Terry O'Neill is one of the world's most renowned photographers and his photography can be found in galleries worldwide. He got famous during the 1960s when he took some of the now legendary portraits of icons such as Elton John, Audrey Hepburn, The Beatles, Brigitte Bardot and Frank Sinatra. In modern times, he has photographed superstars such as Kate Moss, Amy Winehouse and Madonna.

This fall, Terry O'Neill crowns KappAhl campaign with his artistic talent. In the campaign, Wear it like a star, Terry O'Neill is behind the camera and in front of the camera is Swedish actress and model Izabella Scorupco. The entire campaign is inspired by, and reflects, Terry O'Neill's photographic career with the iconic portraits.

- KappAhl contacted me with an idea that they wanted to use my portrait in a campaign with Izabella Scorupco, who they wanted me to photograph. It sounded like a very fun job, Izabella is an amazing person to photograph, says Terry O'Neill.

- I have worked with Terry O'Neill before, when he photographed me as "Bond girl", so it was wonderful to get the chance to work with him again and this time for KappAhl, says Izabella Scorupco.

For the first time in many years, we also hear Izabella Scorupco sing as she sings KappAhl's signature tune in the campaign, "Hey, I like your style."

The Collection
With the Wear it like a star collection, KappAhl adds Hollywood glamour to their clients' wardrobe. The collection has been carefully designed with small but correct and important details like embroidered and fringe fitted jackets, pleated skirts, elegant long dresses with high slit, beautiful jumpsuits and blouses with open back. The colors and the details are in night black, gold and glitter.

- We look forward to a glamorous autumn with a star both in front of and behind the camera, it's also a new way for us to work. And we eagerly await with excitement h to announce the results, says Joakim Holmstrand, Marketing Director at KappAhl.
