GoldenEye
The first 19 films in the official James Bond series will once again be broadcast on Swedish television by TV3. This week it will be GoldenEye (1995) with our beloved Izabella Scorupco in a major role in the film.

Agent James Bond is on a mission with Alec Trevelyan (006) to blow up a Russian chemical weapons factory. Trevelyan is captured by General Ourumov. Bond is forced to choose between saving his friend or complete the mission. Trevelyan tells Bond to blow up the base, which Bond does.

Nine years later, Bond is on his way to Monaco. There he meets Xenia Onatopp and flirts with her. She leaves the casino, however, with an admiral. The next day, she and Ourumov steal a helicopter that they use to blow up a base in Siberia in order to get access to a satellite weapon, GoldenEye. Only two people survive the attack on the base, computer experts Natalya Simonova and Boris Grishenko.

The film is directed by Martin Campbell.

Cast:
Pierce Brosnan (James Bond), Izabella Scorupco (Natalya Simonova), Sean Bean (006/Alec Trevelyan), Famke Janssen (Xenia Onatopp), Robbie Coltrane (Valentin Zukovsky), Judi Dench (M), Tchéky Karyo (Defense Minister Dmitri Mishkin), and Desmond Llewellyn (Q).
