Daniel Craig will be interviewed by Mark Kermode at BFI Southbank in London on 9th December 2024 to discuss his career before his new film, Queer (2024), premieres at UK cinemas.
After breaking out on our television screens in Our Friends in The North (1996), Daniel Craig soon established himself as a magnetic and versatile performer. His filmography has seen him bring captivating intensity and vulnerability to films such as Enduring Love (2004) and The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (2011), terrific hilarious turns in Logan Lucky (2017) and Knives Out (2019), all alongside delivering a distinct physicality, depth and grit to his cerebral take on James Bond in Casino Royale (2006), Quantum of Solace (2008), Skyfall (2012), Spectre (2015) and No Time To Die (2021). The BAFTA-nominated actor is interviewed by Mark Kermode to reflect on his distinguished career, including his latest exquisite and transformative performance as a tequila-soaked American expat searching for connection in Luca Guadagnino’sQueer.
