White Trash starring Ola Rapace (Patrice in the 2012 James Bond film Skyfall) in the leading role as Sami premieres at cinemas in Sweden on 4th June 2021. The other leading role is played by Ida Engvoll who auditioned for one of the female roles in SPECTRE (2015). White Trash is produced by Mikael Cross & Eiffel Mattsson and distributed by Lucky Dogs.
Sami (Ola Rapace) in his search for reconciliation of his past ends up in a small town where he meets Kim (Ida Engvoll). Together they cross paths with The Old Man (Donald Högberg) who's the local gangster operating a seemingly sophisticated meth-amphetamine empire together with his two sons Conny and Kenneth (Peter Viitanen, Erik Bolin). When drugs start circulating the streets without the old man's permission the spotlights are turned against Sami who now finds himself in a dangerous situation. Sami needs to help The Old Man find the people responsible but when The Old Man's real intentions are unveiled both Sami and Kim find themselves trapped. In order to get out alive Sami needs to come up with a plan before it's too late.
White Trash was filmed in Stockholm, Borlänge and Hedemora during 2014.
