The Best of James Bond concert takes place in Brisbane, Australia on Friday April 4th, 2008 at 7:00 pm at the City Hall Auditorium. It is part of their 'Proms @ City Hall Series'. It will be conducted by Carl Davis and artist/vocalist is Mary Carewe.

The name is Bond, James Bond. The big screen's ultimate action hero. The man behind the fast cars, the dry martinis, designer dinner jackets and the very latest gadgets. We feature 40 years of music from iconic James Bond films from GOLDFINGER to TOMORROW NEVER DIES, with a bit of CASINO ROYALE (both film versions) thrown in for good measure. Be prepared to be shaken and stirred!

Includes music and songs from From Russia with Love (1963), Goldfinger (1964), On Her Majesty's Secret Service (1969), Live and Let Die (1973), The Spy Who Loved Me (1977), Licence to kill (1989), GoldenEye (1995), Tomorrow Never Dies (1997), The World Is Not Enough (1999), Casino Royale (2006) and many more!
