As FSWL reported in September 2017, a new cinematic James Bond experience opens in 2018. 007 Elements, the latest in a line of official James Bond exhibits, is located in Austrian ski resort Sölden and will open on 12th July 2018.
FSWL founder
Anders Frejdh comments:
"Great news for all James Bond aficionados! They now have the chance to continue to look behind the scenes of the world's longest and most successful film series. Following the
Bond In Motion and
Designing 007 exhibits,
007 Elements is the latest exhibit collaboration from
Eon Productions to give Bond fans a glimpse behind the glamorous scenes of
Spectre, the 24th 007 adventure."
Sölden was chosen as the home of
007 Elements after the ICE Q restaurant located there featured in
Spectre, the 24th James Bond film, as the
Hoffler Klinik, and several surrounding areas formed part of the snow chase sequence in the film.
Housed in a striking new architectural structure, designed and created by
Obermoser Architects,
007 Elements is a state-of-the-art interactive experience complete with an immersive Bond soundscape that places guests inside the world of 007 and reveals how that world is made.
Built at 3,050m above sea level at the top of the
Gaislachkogl Mountain,
007 Elements is
the highest museum of its kind. The emotive experience takes the visitor on a journey through a series of dramatic spaces.
007 Elements is accessed via the Gaislachkoglbahn Gondola in the resort village of Sölden.
