Club James Bond France publishes the 12th issue of their superb soft cover book Archives 007.
This issue is dedicated to the connections between James Bond and France.
Thunderball (1965) (1965),
Moonraker (1979) (1979),
Octopussy (1983) (1983),
Never Say Never Again (1983),
A View to a Kill (1985),
GoldenEye (1995) (1995),
Tomorrow Never Dies (1997), and
The World Is Not Enough (1999) have all been filmed on location in France.
French "James Bond girls" include
Blanche Ravalec as "Dolly" and
Anne Lönnberg as "Museum guide" in Moonraker (1979),
Claudine Auger as "Domino" in Thunderball (1965),
Carole Bouquet as "Melina Havelock" in
For Your Eyes Only (1981) (1981),
Sophie Marceau as "Elektra King" in The World Is Not Enough (1999),
Eva Green as "Vesper" in Casino Royale (2006), and
Berenice Marlohe as "Severine" in Skyfall (2012).
Other French people in the Bond film series include
Mathieu Almaric (Quantum of Solace),
Remy Julienne (driving stunt arranger for every Bond film between 1981 and 1995),
Sébastien Foucan (Casino Royale), and
Tchéky Karyo (GoldenEye).
