The first ever biography of British actress and model Madeline Smith written by herself together with Philip Kay-Bujak has been announced for publication on 30th September 2026. The book will be titled Madeline Smith, Bond Girl: From 60s Fashion Model to Half a Century on Stage & Screen.
Madeline Smith is well-known for her iconic 1970s roles, especially as Miss Caruso in the 1973 James Bond film Live and Let Die directed by Guy Hamilton, and in Hammer Horror films like Taste the Blood of Dracula (1970), The Vampire Lovers (1970) and Frankenstein and the Monster from Hell (1974) - transitioning from modeling in the 1960s to a diverse career in TV, theatre, and films, remaining a beloved figure in classic cinema for decades.
