The James Bond Lexicon: The Unauthorized Guide to the World of 007 in Novels, Movies and Comics written by our friend, Alan J. Porter, is scheduled for publication in conjunction with the release of Bond 24 (2015).

Alan's Bond lexicon will be the definitive breakdown of characters, vehicles, gadgets, locales and more from fifty years' of 007 on film and in print. Hasslein Books told us they are proud to have Alan Porter in their team, and are excited at the prospect of adding The James Bond Lexicon to our growing line-up of genre-related reference books.

The James Bond Lexicon: The Unauthorized Guide to the World of 007 in Movies, Novels and Comics is an unauthorized, unlicensed publication, created as an academic source-work. James Bond and all related characters, concepts and titles are the property of Danjaq S.A., Eon Productions, United Artists Corp., Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM) and Ian Fleming (Glidrose) Publications Ltd., with no copyright infringement intended.

About the author:
Alan J. Porter has been a regular writer on various aspects of popular culture and technology for more than fifteen years, with magazine articles published in Europe, Australia, Canada and the United States.

He is the author of Batman: The Unofficial Collectors Guide (Schiffer Books), Before They Were Beatles: The Early Years 1956-1960 (Xlibris), James Bond: The History of the Illustrated 007 (Hermes Press) and Star Trek: A Comic Book History (also from Hermes Press).

In addition, Alan has contributed to more than 10 other book titles. His comic book credits include God Shop (Tokyopop) and Disney/Pixar's The World of Cars series for BOOM! Studios, plus several corporate comic projects. His technical book titles include Wiki: Grow Your Own for Fun & Profit (2010) and The Content Pool (2011), both published by XML Press. He is also an editor-at-large at RevolutionSF.com.
