On Her Majesty's Secret Service 50th Anniversary
Exclusive report from the 50th anniversary screening in London of On Her Majesty's Secret Service (1969) starring George Lazenby with many cast & crew members in attendance as special guests.

On Wednesday 18th December 2019, exactly 50 years after the World premiere (held at London's ODEON Leicester Square cinema) of On Her Majesty's Secret Service starring George Lazenby in his first and only film as Ian Fleming's James Bond, Kidston Motorcars hosted a private screening of the film at Curzon Cinema in Mayfair for which George Lazenby's management Anders Frejdh Talent Management AB was requested to invite as many of the locals as he could that worked on the film.

OHMSS cast & crew members in attendance included Vic Armstrong (Stuntman), Peter Lamont (Set Decorator and Academy Award winner for Best Set Design to 1997’s Titanic), Terry Ackland-Snow (Art Director), Zara (the Indian Girl), Wendy Leech (daughter of stuntman George Leech who doubled for Lazenby in the film), Jenny Hanley (the Irish Girl) and Simon Mills (son of camera operator Alec Mills).

On Her Majesty's Secret Service is by many people considered to be the best film in the entire James Bond series with many people wondering why George Lazenby only did one film as 007...

Or, as Simon Kidston asked himself when he introduced the film, who needs to do more than one when it is considered the best?
