110 years since James Bond creator Ian Fleming (1908-1964) was born

Ian Fleming was born in London on 28th May 1908, the second of four brothers. He died on 12th August 1964 in Canterbury, Kent, UK. Fleming is world famous for creating James Bond. He wrote a total of twelve novels and two short-story collections about the secret agent. He also wrote a very popular children's book, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.
