I first met the gorgeous Caroline Hallett in London just before the premiere of Quantum of Solace (2008) in October 2008.

Caroline's early career was as a photographic model which involved extensive travel, and she featured in over 100 TV commercials worldwide, also appearing as a Bond girl in A View to a Kill (1985) with Roger Moore.

She then jointly owned Bellini restaurant in Kensington London, where she regularly organized charity functions, parties and weddings, and subsequently opened the hugely successful and exciting restaurant and bar “Cuba” on Kensington High Street. Having sold this venture after 3 years, she spent two years as a co-owner of a Hotel and Resort on the Caribbean island of St. Lucia, an extremely popular wedding destination, before returning to London.

She then moved to Marbella and joined James Hewitt’s Polo House restaurant on the Golden Mile from inception, helping to organize the Grand Opening and all further events afterwards. Having been approached to organize many private functions and corporate events on the coast, it has been a natural progression for her to form her own company, dedicated to providing a highly personalized, boutique event planning service.

We encourage you to visit Caroline Hallett Event Management.
