Several actresses in Scandinavia has been tested for a part in Bond 24 (2015). The latest, Synnøve Macody Lund (whom FSWL has loved ever since we saw her in Hodejegerne 2011), seems to be the strongest contender.
Synnøve confirmed her audition to Norwegian newspaper
Dagbladet on May 12th that she'd met with
Sam Mendes at
Pinewood Studios after initially being tested in Copenhagen. Reportedly she is one of eight contenders for the Scandinavian character "with a troubled past who will serve as a brief love interest for Bond."
- "It was a great moment for me as a film enthusiast, and I was more than a little nervous. Just to have a look inside Pinewood Studios, with all of its Bond history, was amazing. I had to fight an urge to take out my cell phone and snap photos," she said.
FSWL can also report that several Swedish actresses were tested for a role in Bond 24 (SPECTRE) including Caisa Ahlroth, Disa Östrand, Ida Engvoll, Julia Ragnarsson and Moa Gammel.
Other Scandinavian girls tested for a role in Bond 24 include Norwegian actress
Ingrid Bolsø Berdal and Danish actress
Birgitte Hjort Sorensen.
