Kissy Suzuki in YOU ONLY LIVE TWICE 1967
Our good friend and supporter, James Bond continuation author Raymond Benson, met up with Japanese actress Mie Hama in Tokyo 2001 while researching his ninth, and last, 007 novel, The Man With the Red Tattoo (2002).
Raymond kindly provided the photo above for use on the
From Sweden with Love website and added that Mie is a very sweet and kind person in real-life.
Mie Hama's character in
You Only Live Twice (1967), Kissy Suzuki, taken from
Ian Fleming's original novel, is never mentioned by name in the film.
