Conductor and Orchestrator of the film score for Tomorrow Never Dies, The World Is Not Enough, Die Another Day, Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace.

My first encounter with Nicholas Dodd, who has a long collaboration with David Arnold, was when he conducted the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra at the memorial concert for John Barry at Royal Albert Hall on June 20, 2011.

Dodd is recognized for his distinguished body of film work as orchestrator and conductor, including several of the James Bond film scores. He is a graduate with honours from the Royal College of Music in London. Upon completion of his studies, he founded the Chelsea Symphony Orchestra consisting of some of the finest of the Royal College's graduates. As well as performing at the Royal Albert Hall, the orchestra also toured in Switzerland, Paris and New York.

In April 2007, Nicholas conducted at The Royal Festival Hall with the London Philharmonic Orchestra with the music of John Barry, to rapturous applause.

Nicholas Dodd's film credits are extensive and most notable including Stargate (1994), Independence Day (1996), Godzilla (1998), Lethal Weapon 4 (1998), The Mummy (1999), and Hot Fuzz (2007) with Timothy Dalton. Plus, five James Bond films including Tomorrow Never Dies (1997), The World Is Not Enough (1999), Die Another Day (2002), Casino Royale (2006), and Quantum of Solace (2008). Other film projects include composer for Renaissance (2006) starring Daniel Craig.
