Spectre Jameson Empire Awards 2016
SPECTRE (2015) awarded at the 2016 Jameson Empire Awards after being voted on top as Best British Film and Best Thriller in 2015 by the magazine's readers in a recent poll. FSWL congratulates everyone involved and notes that SPECTRE also became the most successful film in 2015 at Swedish cinemas with nearly 900,000 cinema tickets sold.

"SPECTRE is first-class cinema entertainment and a classic Bond film in modern style that exceeded my, and many other Bond fans', high expectations after the previous film, 2012's Skyfall." – Anders Frejdh

To accept the award for Best Thriller, producer Callum McDougall made a lovely speech accompanied on stage by screenwriters Neal Purvis & Robert Wade, costume designer Jany Temime and special effects supervisor Chris Corbould:

Sam Mendes accepted the award for Best British Film with an anecdote about Jany from the filming of Skyfall in London:
