Crafoord Auktioner in Lund, Sweden (where Max von Sydow was born) feature a few Ian Fleming's lots in an auction including a first edition of Casino Royale (1953), Fleming's first James Bond novel printed in only 4,728 copies. Other titles in the auction include Dr. No (1958), You Only Live Twice (1964), The Man with the Golden Gun (1965), Octopussy and The Living Daylights (1966), and Kingsley Amis' The James Bond Dossier (1965).
