Executive Producer, Line Producer and Production Supervisor - 12 James Bond films
I've been fortunate to meet Anthony Waye several times over the years. Always friendly and lovely to meet.
Waye has been a leading member of the British film industry for over 40 years, with a wealth of experience of international film production.
His association with Eon Productions' James Bond films spans over 30 years,
Skyfall (2012) (2012) marked his 12th Bond outing.
His involvement with 007 began when he was first assistant director on
For Your Eyes Only (1981) and
Octopussy (1983) (1983). As production supervisor he worked on
A View to a Kill (1985),
The Living Daylights (1987) and
Licence to Kill (1989), and became associate producer on
GoldenEye (1995) (1995).
Anthony then held the position of Line Producer on
Tomorrow Never Dies (1997) and
The World Is Not Enough (1999), and served as executive producer for
Die Another Day (2002), a role he repeated for both
Casino Royale (2006) and
Quantum of Solace (2008).
Although officially retired, Waye returned to the Bond franchise in 2012 when he acted as location production manager on
SKYFALL during the filming in Turkey.
Check out Anthony's profile on
IMDB for detailed information about his amazing career in the film industry.
