Having spent a wonderful week in the Bahamas (New Providence Island and Paradise Island) in November 2009 it was delightful to finally meet Sébastien Foucan in April 2010.

Sébastien said he spent two months on the south side of New Providence Island in early 2006 while shooting his scenes (which I think were highly entertaining) for Casino Royale (2006). He gladly shared other memories from the filming which was great stuff for me personally like it would have been for any other Bond aficionado.

A very nice, friendly and charming man, and being the founder of freerunning he was eager to explore the outside of the building we were in! Plus, he gladly signed me a copy of his book, Free Running: Find Your Way.
