Brink & Berger proudly presents Robert Davi sings Sinatra, 100th Anniversary of Frank Sinatra Tour

After great success with his tribute tour, "Davi Sings Sinatra: On the Road to Romance" in the United States and Australia, Robert Davi comes to Europe in the spring of 2015 to tour in conjunction with the 100th anniversary of the brilliant Frank Sinatra. On April 23, the tour stops at Uppsala and Uppsala Concert & Congress in Sweden.

Robert Davi is a world famous actor with over 130 film roles and a bunch of TV shows on his resume, including a role as the villain in the legendary James Bond film Licence to Kill in 1989. He has worked with some of the world's greatest directors and actors including Steven Spielberg, Clint Eastwood, Bruce Willis, Benicio Del Toro and Marlon Brando to name a few.

Many fans were surprised his musical abilities when his album "Davi Sings Sinatra: On The Road To Romance ', produced by Phil Ramone, shot in sixth place on the Billboard jazz list.

The show takes us through Davis acting career and offers a number of anecdotes, especially from Robert Davis's personal relationship with Frank Sinatra, which begand during the filming of Contract on Cherry Street in 1977 where they played opposite each other.

The band is led by the pianist, producer and Grammy Award winner Randy Waldman who began his career at age 21 as Frank Sinatra's pianist. Randy has worked with stars like Celine Dion, Michael Bolton, Madonna, Whitney Houston and Michael Jackson. The band consists not only of Randy Waldman but also of Anna Stadlman and World drummer David Tull.

Some opinions about Davi's live performance:

“Once there was Sinatra and now there is Davi. Robert Davi sang and left the audience breathless.” – Chazz Palminteri

“There are a lot of guys trying to do this music but Davi comes closest to what Sinatra did – bit is himself – very cool old school-stuff.” – Mickey Rourke

“Robert Davi´s tribute to Frank Sinatra is a soaring voyage to another place. You feel spirited away by his resonant voice, soaring orchestra and heartfelt memories of music and the man”.
Steve Guttenberg
