SPECTRE (2015) awarded at the 2016 Jameson Empire Awards after being voted on top as Best British Film and Best Thriller in 2015 by the magazine's readers in a recent poll. FSWL congratulates everyone involved and notes that SPECTRE also became the most successful film in 2015 at Swedish cinemas with nearly 900,000 cinema tickets sold.

"SPECTRE is first-class cinema entertainment and a classic Bond film in modern style that exceeded my, and many other Bond fans', high expectations after the previous film, 2012's Skyfall." – Anders Frejdh

To accept the award for Best Thriller, producer Callum McDougall made a lovely speech accompanied on stage by screenwriters Neal Purvis & Robert Wade, costume designer Jany Temime and special effects supervisor Chris Corbould:

Sam Mendes accepted the award for Best British Film with an anecdote about Jany from the filming of Skyfall in London:
