RESULT FROM THE COMPETITION - “DO YOU EXPECT ME TO TALK...?”

To coincide with 2008th release of QUANTUM OF SOLACE in cinemas - FROM SWEDEN WITH LOVE hosted this competition between August 26th and Oct 31st 2008.

This competition turned out to be our most successful competition from the number of entries received!

This competition gave participants the chance to win a brand new Sony-Ericsson C902 mobile phone equipped with exclusive James Bond content!
This is actually the same model that Daniel Craig (James Bond) uses in QUANTUM OF SOLACE.

To win the telephone participants had to answer the following three questions correctly:

1. WHERE DOES THE FILM’S TITLE – QUANTUM OF SOLACE – ORIGINALLY COME FROM?
Correct answer:
The title comes from the name of one of the short stories in Ian Fleming's short story collection FOR YOUR EYES ONLY published in 1960. (Other short stories in that book include FROM A VIEW TO A KILL, FOR YOUR EYES ONLY, RISICO and THE HILDEBRAND RARITY.)

2. HOW MUCH MONEY DID THE PREVIOUS JAMES BOND FILM – CASINO ROYALE (2006) – GROSS IN TOTAL AT THE BOX-OFFICE WORLDWIDE? (A figure rounded into millions of US dollars is OK.)
Correct answer:
594 million USD

3. WHICH ACTORS APPEAR AGAIN IN QUANTUM OF SOLACE (from having appeared also in CASINO ROYALE)?
Correct answer:
Daniel Craig as ‘James Bond’, Judi Dench as ‘M’, Jeffrey Wright as ‘Felix Leiter’, Giancarlo Giannini as ‘Rene Mathis’ and Jesper Christensen as ‘Mr. White’.
