Bollinger champagne book competition

RESULT BOLLINGER COMPETITION
FROM SWEDEN WITH LOVE hosted this competition from November 7th until December 31st 2006.
 
The competition gave participants the chance to win a book about Bollinger champagne.
 
To win the book people had to answer the following two questions correctly:
 
1. IN WHICH NOVEL IS JAMES BOND DRINKING BOLLINGER CHAMPAGNE FOR THE FIRST TIME?
Correct answer:

NOTE: James Bond is enjoying some champagne in both FOR YOUR EYES ONLY and OCTOPUSSY but no production credit is directly given to Bollinger so could be any brand.
